Nathan Sutherland: Arrest

Nathan Sutherland was arrested on 23rd January of the year 2019 facing rape charges on a 29 years old victim who was under his care for pregnancy. It had been reported earlier that the investigators had looked for the DNA samples from their male employees of the healthcare.

The victim gave birth to a very healthy baby on 28th December 2018 while she was in a coma. She had been into the clinic since she was a toddler and had been in that state for almost 26 years.

On 22nd January, they got a hint after the baby’s DNA was matched with Sutherland. The same day, police established the probable cause for arresting the suspect. He was booked into the Maricopa County Jail on 23rd January and is charged with sexual assault and vulnerable adult abuse.
