Kwesi Adofo-Mensah (born in 1981) is an American football chief who is the VP of football activities for the Cleveland Browns of the National Football League (NFL). He recently served in different chief jobs for the San Francisco 49ers from 2013 to 2019.

Early years

A local of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, Adofo-Mensah joined in and acquired his four-year college education in financial aspects from Princeton University and his graduate degree from Stanford University.

Before entering the NFL, Adofo-Mensah had a few endeavors as a portfolio administrator and wares broker on Wall Street.

San Francisco 49ers

In 2013, Adofo-Mensah started his NFL profession with the San Francisco 49ers as their supervisor of football innovative work under senior supervisor Trent Baalke.
