Jill Tracy Jacobs Biden (born June 3, 1951) is an American teacher who was second woman of the United States from 2009 to 2017. She is hitched to Joe Biden, the 47th VP of the United States, and the Democratic Party's candidate for President of the United States in the 2020 political decision. 

Born in Hammonton, New Jersey, she experienced childhood in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. Biden wedded Joe Biden in 1977, turning out to be stepmother to his two youthful children from his first marriage, Beau and Hunter, whose mother and infant sister passed on in an auto collision in 1972. Joe and Jill Biden have a little girl, Ashley, conceived in 1981. 

Biden has a four year certification from the University of Delaware, graduate degrees from West Chester University and Villanova University, and a doctoral qualification from the University of Delaware. She showed English and perusing in secondary schools for a long time, and furthermore showed young people with enthusiastic inabilities at a mental emergency clinic. From 1993 to 2008, she was an English and composing educator at Delaware Technical and Community College.

Since 2009, she has been an educator of English at Northern Virginia Community College and is believed to be the principal second woman to hold a paying activity while her better half was VP. She is the originator of the Biden Breast Health Initiative non-benefit association, fellow benefactor of the Book Buddies program, prime supporter of the Biden Foundation, is dynamic in Delaware Boots on the Ground, and is prime supporter of Joining Forces with Michelle Obama.
