Andrew Peter Harris (born on January 25, 1957) is an American lawmaker and doctor who has been the U.S. Delegate for Maryland's first legislative locale since 2011.

He is at present the solitary Republican individual from Maryland's legislative appointment. Harris recently served in the Maryland Senate. 

Early life, instruction, and profession
