At the beginning of her career, Tutor started in a real estate working for her father at Tutor Perini. During her time there, she learned a lot about the real estate industry and also built up a strong work ethic.

After 3 years, Tracy left the company and became a residential real estate agent. She is now one of the top real estate agents at the Douglas Elliman Beverly Hills and is also an integral part of their Sports and Entertainment division.
