Sage then started working at CBS affiliate WISH-TV in Indianapolis, Indiana, from 1997 to 1998 as their weekend morning sports anchor and weekday reporter. Her job was to cover local college and high school sports, the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, Brickyard 400 auto races, and Indianapolis 500.
