Her job was to cover local college and high school sports, the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, Brickyard 400 auto races, and Indianapolis 500.
Steele used to work at ABC affiliate WFTS in Tampa, Florida, from 1998 to 2001. During this times, she worked as a sports reporter with Scott Hanson.
