Ryan Poles (born on September 20, 1985) is an American football leader and previous hostile lineman who is the head supervisor of the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL).
Shafts recently filled in as the leader overseer of player staff for the Kansas City Chiefs and have served in different leader jobs with the Chiefs for 13 seasons.
Early years
A local of Canandaigua, New York, Poles went to Canandaigua Academy before playing school football at Boston College as a hostile lineman from 2003 to 2007.
Shafts were endorsed as an undrafted free specialist with the Chicago Bears in 2008, however, he didn't make it on the 53-man list and was cut.

Kansas City Chiefs
In 2009, Poles were employed by the Kansas City Chiefs as an exploring collaborator under head supervisor Scott Pioli.[2] In 2010, he was elevated to school exploring facilitator. In 2013, Poles were held under new head supervisor John Dorsey.
In 2016, Poles were elevated to the overseer of school exploring. Posts were held and elevated to partner overseer of player faculty in 2018 under new senior supervisor Brett Veach.
On June 9, 2021, Poles were elevated to chief head of player personnel.
Chicago Bears
On January 25, 2022, Poles were named the head supervisor of the Chicago Bears, supplanting Ryan Pace.
Individual life
Posts are hitched to his significant other, Katie, and they have two youngsters together. Posts moved on from Boston College with a degree in Communications in 2007.
