Mike Hill: Career

At the beginning of his career, Hill started as a sports director working at WHAG-TV located in Hagerstown, Maryland in the year 1995. He then got his first anchoring job at KSEE-TV in Fresno, California.

From 1997 to 2000, Mike spent his time with WKRN-TV covering the high school football and also earning two Emmy Awards. After that, he spent his time from 2000 to 2002 as a host at the Fox Sports Net located in New York City.

After that, Hill served at the KXAS-TV as a sports anchor from 2002 to 2004. It was after that when he joined ESPN where he worked until 2013. There, Mike hosted Hill and Schlereth on ESPN Radio. Additionally, he was also the host of a variety of the shoes of the network including ESPN First Take, SportsCenter, Baseball Tonight, NFL Live, Highlight Express, and different remote projects such as Cam Newton’s 2011 Pro Day at the Auburn.

Later in 2013, Hill joined Fox Sports 1 where he was the guest host of Fox Sports Live and Fox Football Daily. Mike has also contributed to the coverage of college basketball of the network. On 7th April 2014, he began to host America’s Pregame which he hosted until its cancellation in September of 2015.

Mike later began hosting BIG3 games on FS1 for their 2nd season on 22nd June 2018.

Prior to that, Hill is also the CEO of Thrill of Entertainment. He was also the voice of an audio book entitled as Power, Money, and Sex which is an autobiography by Deion Sanders.
