Mary McCann, a 35-year-old mother of four from Derby, was expected to show up in Aylesbury Crown Court today to answer two counts of causing demise by perilous driving. 

She will be being investigated for the passings of her child Smaller, 10, and her little girl Lilly, 4, subsequent to smashing her white Vauxhall Astra into a Scania HGV while driving on the M1 close to J14 and J15 on Monday, August 9. . 

The transporter was safe, yet the expressway was shut for 12 hours. 

Yet, investigators conceded today that they " don't have a clue where she is, " and Ms. McCann didn't reach her lawyers after the burial service of her two kids she is blamed for killing last week.

The 35-year-elderly person, from Bamford Avenue, Derby, was driving a white Vauxhall Astra that crashed into a Scania HGV at around 10:10 p.m. on Monday, August 9.

The youngsters' auntie, Margaret McCann, 26, said the family was getting back from a party in London when the terrible mishap happened.
