In 1981, Stan and Joan relocated from New York City to Los Angeles where she did voiceovers for several animated Marvel shows. She first made an appearance in Fantastic Four in 1994, where she voices a reoccurring character. She was also the voice of a computer in the Iron Man television series for three episodes in 1994. Lee later made an appearance in Spider-Man as Madame Web where she appeared in eight episodes.
