A beautiful Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters is originally from Sedgefield, Western Cape, South Africa. She came into this world on 28th June of the year 1995 which has now made her reach at the age of 23.

Demi-Leigh Nel-Peters: Career

While she was attending here university, Nel-Peters modeled part-time for the Boss Models and Vision Management Cape Town.

She then started her pageantry career by representing Western Cape in Miss South Africa 2017 in which she became the winner. Becoming Miss South Africa, Demi-Leigh had the right to repr4esent her country in both Miss World 2017 as well as Miss Universe 2017.

But since the dates of both the pageants coincided, Nel-Peters was sent only to the Miss Universe that was held in Las Vegas, Nevada. She again went on to win the title Miss Universe 2017 by outgoing titleholder Iris Mittenaere.

In her capacity as the Miss Universe, Demi-Leigh visited Indonesia, Philippines, France, Thailand, Ecuador, Mexico, Lebanon, India, Malaysia, Egypt, and different cities in the U.S.

Nel-Peters later ended her reign on 17th December of the year 2018 in Bangkok, Thailand. She eventually crowned Catriona Gray from the Philippines as her successor.
