According to Johnson, Donald Trump held her hand and leaned in for kissing her on her mouth as he exited an RV during the small gathering of the supporters outside of a rally that was held in Tampa, Florida on 24^th August 2016.

She then turned her head and Donald’s unwanted kiss got her on the side of her mouth. Alva told about that incident to her boyfriend, mother, as well as her stepfather. The news was also confirmed by her boyfriend Miguel Rego.

Recently on 25^th February of the year 2019, Johnson has filed a federal lawsuit against Donald Trump campaign. The suit seeks unspecified damages for emotional pain and suffering. It also alleges that the campaign discriminated against Alva who is black by paying her less than her white male counterparts more.

But, the White House denied the allegations of Johnson. White House Press Secretary, Sarah Huckabee Sanders told to The Post that her claim is absurd on its face. She also said that it never happened and is directly contradicted by many credible eye witness accounts.
